Research interests focused on nautical tourism problems: determinants of nautical tourism market development (research included both the demand and the supply side of the market), management of marinas, sustainable development of nautical tourism, complexity of the nautical tourism product, infrastructure of marinas and its modification for eldery, disabled people and children, main factors of development of nautical tourism businesses (e.g. yacht charter companies).
Engaged in realization of the South Coast Baltic Project Establishing durable cross-border boating destination management on the basis of the MARRIAGE cooperation network using resources of the European Regional Development Fund.
In years 2012-2016 member of international team working for projects dedicated to city logistics problems: C-Liege Clean Last mile transport and logistics management (co-funded by the Intelligent Energy Europe Programme of the European Union) and GRASS Green And Sustainable freight transport Systems in cities (co-funded from Norway Grants in the Polish-Norwegian Research Programme operated by the National Centre for Research and Development).
